Chef Connor Arnold demonstrates a passion for connecting communities and cuisines through this eclectic and innovative menu, highlighting ingredients with integrity. Local first produce, cage-free eggs and wild and line-caught fish are featured daily, and all ingredients are responsibly sourced, from partners who share the same mission and care for their products, livestock and crops. We proudly serve MoonGoat Coffee, local favorite and Orange County’s #1 Roaster.
